Anyway you are right and I have said it before they play alot better when I am not there.
I hope they make the playoffs but it is wait and see.
Am I doing to see them again this season?,well is a no to that I want them to go up.

Keith tex me saying Havant 0. Dover 0. It is going to be very hard now for Dover to make the playoffs.
Also I am told that there is unrest in the team,and some players are not geting on with the manger,I do not know if that is true or not,but as you know I was aboxing trainer for about 15years and to get the best from your lads they have to be happy in what you are telling them and the way you get them to work.
In my case I had that, all my lads worked very hard in the gym and in the ring. To have a good team you all must work as one and from the outside it does not look like Dover are.
To be a good manger does not mean you have to be a boxer or a footballer indeed in the boxing world some of the best mangers or trainers have never been in the ring.
But what you have to be is a very good moderateor you can make your team or your boxers feel like world champions just by talking to them,they will work till they drop if they know you are behind them giving them all your support,but work they must.
And that can be done again by showing them your way is the best way.
And I feel by just looking at Dover that the players and the manger are not working as one,and if I am right that means the players are not happy, leading on from that means they will not play their best for you,and that is what we are seeing at Dover. - 5 April 2011 08:4199936Are you like the city that never sleeps .

In other things like elections you don't accept defeat, yet with Dover footy club you give in far to easily.
if we look to the league tables dover are just 1 point off the 5th play off place and plenty of games to go.
im unaware of any rebelliuon in the players camp.
i think dover will make the play offs, my concern is, should they reach the play off's and should they win the play off's and go up, can they survive?
Whatever the outcome i'm a true supporter of dover fc whether in this league, or in the promoted league, bottom of the league or top
thats a true supporter
