  looking from the outside the whole thing must seem strange to the supporters martin. kinnear has come in and moulded the players into a strong unit that took a much stronger club to extra time in a play off final.
  
  to me the logical thing was to start the next season with as much of the same squad as possible so there is not the problem of bedding in new players.
  
  i note that the coach has also left the club so the suspicion is that the manager doesn't want anyone from the last regime there.
