I think some need to look at the road sides leading up to their own offices,also the A20 they did start picking some up on the A2 leading down to the Ramsgate turn off and BQ we still have the Tesco trees etc the A2 to Canterbury is rubbish all along the sides of the roads this is down to KCC highways and not DDC but a lot of rubbish still left outside on the streets in and around Dover that is down to the D.D.C.they did not put it there but is their job to get it picked up,the old A20 is the same. So a lot of work needs to be done,
before pats on backs is done. by both the KCC and DDC. but the public are the main cause of it all and it will stay that way till we see very big fines give out.
