    I have never really understood the above argument unless someone has done something illegal what "guilt" is there to fear. Those who can not have the vaccine for some genuine reason would be exempt, those who refuse the vaccine simply because they can selfishly put everyone else at risk of death or even long covid have no genuine excuse.

    The state already has virtually all the power should it choose to use it.

    I have never really understood the above argument from WGS, unless someone has done something illegal, surely nothing wrong nothing to fear. I would happily carry an ID card.
