Ii is reported that he holds both US and Australian citizenship and is, in fact, enjoying non-dom status in the UK during the pandemic.
Of course we have to prioritise vaccination. And it will be a hot topic all the while demand exceeds supply and the virus continues to rage out of control.
Whether this should entail the special extension of a centre's opening hours and concerted efforts to avoid subsequent publicity for a billionaire non-dom known to hold vast political influence is very much open to question. To pretend he's just another patient 89 year old is just plain silly really.
