  You may well be right Jan but you'd think that the District Council, being the body that authorised the roads to be closed, would then say something about the matter on their website, rather than leaving it to Kent Highways. Given that we're paying two councils to say nothing, perhaps there is an argument for combining them - that way we would pay just the once.
