  Sorry to resurect this, but I've just read the Express and Cameron MacSween is still insisting I resigned because of the money.

  This is so wrong Yam, you have been sucked in by Macsween - he and his side kick are lying.
  They sacked me - pure and simple; all the lies and bullshit in the world won't change that fact.
  
  I know I should rise above this, but I am so incensed.
  
  Money had nothing to do with it at all; I'd spent two years running the Dover Loyalty Scheme - all without pay and then the Dover Business Support for over 4 months unpaid - not as a volunteer, but happy to work unpaid until such time as a decent salary was able to be offered.
  
  Do you think a measly £9,500 would make me resign from a job I absolutely loved ? God this man is unbelievable.
  
  Cameron MacSween is telling lies, pure and bloody simple.
  
  
  Good news on the front page about the market coming to Dover, but he is taking all the credit when it was my idea and I had done most of the prepatory work.
  
  I am so angry at this man; he should have been honest and said that I was sacked because I wouldn't spend all the time recruiting businesses instead of working on and developing projects to help improve the town and helping and supporting businesses; I wouldn't just accept everything they said, which also upset them.
