  Breaking news, the mighty DAFC are playing Charlton Athletic's full first-team in a hastily arranged friendly this coming Tuesday, August 4, at Crabble, kick-off 7.45pm.

  Apparently not..."CHARLTON CANCELLED
  Only hours after contacting Whites to see if we could accommodate them in our pre-season schedule, Charlton have informed us that 'due to internal issues' they no longer wish to honour the fixture."

  maybe they thought that the manager would play himself in the fixture.
  
  they hardly need any injuries to start the new season.

  Charlton (whoever they are) are probably just trying to avoid a humiliation. Anyway we can beat them in the Conference in a couple of years, not to worry.
