    Hess jumped ship because Gills are splashing the cash and when they sack Harris he'll get the job - simple.

    Dover have now got a new manager about to be announced: HARRY WHEELER a modern coach who really knows the league and the players, but he is himself becoming a bit of a journeyman of managment. He will do a job for the chairman, but without money there's not much the manager can really do.

    So yeah, new manager, Mr Wheeler.
