My old footballing mate Shane Taylor who was in Band of Brothers is on a TV programme series at the moment on Sky 1 Strike Back Vengeance. It is an adult show with lots of violence etc.
Shane's Dad was caretaker at Astor School and his Mum worked at the box factory,Shane lives near Dover with his American wife he was also in the remake of The Day of the Triifids. They are neighbours of Keef.
When he was playing football for me we had a semi-final when he said he couldn't play as he had to go to acting school,I said where has acting ever got anybody anywhere! Felt a bit stupid when Stephen Spielberg threatened to shut down the play he was in,unless they released him.
The series was shot this year in South Africa and it stars Charles Dance, warning there is very strong language.
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

I watched the first episode of Strike Back, and then lost track of it. I see it is on, but I have no wish to view it out of sequence. Could this be a second series?
Attempted assassination of African potentate, double-cross of and imprisonment of the British black-ops agent, escape, then...?

Not interested in paying for Sky Brian, I would not get any value out of it, or getting a dish on my grade 2 listed building come to that.

Well, thank you gentlemen. I now feel fully informed of how wrong I am. (it had to happen in some sphere or other)
Am I to take it that I have only experienced show-1 of a long-running saga? This twenty-first century 'Danger Man'?
