  Finally seems to be entering the public consciousness locally. I've no idea what the full implications would be. Initially, the idea seemed to be applicable to the port area only. Now it seems to encompass an undefined area of East Kent. Answers on a post card please.

  The question one might ask is IF a Freeport means increased trade/industry/jobs for an area, but does NOT mean large scale tax evasion, why not make the whole country a Freeport eh?
