  My latest build...this has set some records for me, longest ever build at 2 1/2 months and the most expensive at over £210.

  The model is in 1:32 scale, it has a wingspan of 19 inches and the kit is from a new model manufacturer called Zoukie-Mura and is only their third kit.

  Very impressive, that kept you busy for a while. I wouldn't mind making one of those myself but can't think where I'd put something with a 19 inch wing span.

  I have 10 kits in my stash to choose from...
  Spitfire XVI ('bubbletop'), a Russian Sturmovik, Japanese Zero, USN Avenger and USN Dauntless. Plus 5 Germans, FW190, Bf109, Bf110, JU88 or Arado 196.
  
  I think it may be one of the Germans, possibly the Arado as its a bit different.
  
  I will post a pic of the box of whatever I pick tonight, tomorrow

  Wow! Excellent workmanship there BarryW, you should seriously think of running a Masterclass, I think you would have quite a few eager students ready to improve their skills with blade 'n brush

  Thanks for your comments. Alexander - it is armed with 12 ground attack rockets and two 1000lb bombs. In addition it has 4 0.50 cal machine guns. On the centre pylon is a fuel tank.
  
  This aircraft was the famous MIG killer - though not an air to air fighter when attacked by a Mig it was able to shoot the jet down.
  
  I have decided on my next project and it is this:
  

  

  
  
  I will probably depict the aircraft carried by the battlecruiser Tirpitz. This will be my first Revell kit for 30 odd years and they had a reputation for poor accuracy and fit. But, like Airfix, they are bringing out new kits that rival the best now and this is one of them. Its a bit different to the usual fighters and bombers but should be fun.
