    Keith - I have no problem with 'fairness' but define 'fairness'.

    Is it fair for instance to, in the name of 'fairness' to pursue policies that reduce the level of tax collected by HMRC and reduce/eliminate economic growth. That kind of 'fairness' results in more people being out of work and less government revenue to fund education and health.
