    Alex, as an employer I have had people turn up for interview purely to get me to sign to the effect that they are actively looking for employment so that they do not lose their benefits. Those particular people of course are not actually looking for work and freely admit it. They know equally well that any adverse report back to the job centre from me will be ignored as it does not suit the jobcentre's box ticking objectives.
