    Paul, somewhere a line has to be drawn.
    The house of Windsor is considered the royal family.
    The monarch is considered the head of State and the head of the Government, and head of the Armed Forces.

    The oath of coronation must be binding, and I have the impression you are making some of your own laws up as you go along with your interpretations!

    One of the conditions in the oath of coronation is this:
    Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel?

    Paul, please do some proper research on the Constitution!
    You cannot just invent the laws as you go along.
