I am a little puzzled as to what the 1980's has/had to offer the school children of today Howard?
Those born in 1980 would have been nine when the 90's came along. Those born around 1970 will be about 40 years old by now, yet it is they who would know most about 80's dance crazes etc.
I watched the documentary on the Festival of Britain held in 1951 the other night and the lesson from that time is that what impresses the youth of any age is the FUTURE, their future.
Where is the vision of what Dover shall be?
So, fellow 'oldies'. What do you recall of the 1980's?
