I seem to remember all the low life people that sold drugs and spread their rubbish out were evicted a year or two back, looks like the problem has returned.
Didn't have time to check the building itself but last time I looked there were broken windows/some boarded up, vegetation growing out of the masonry and water pouring from an overflow pipe. Surely the council can take action on this.
