earlier in year we asked how many dover residents have been fined due to not clening up after dogs
and someone has listened and we have dog wardens on the way
hope they work all hours after all when a dog has to go --- a dog has to go !!!!!!!!

we do have a dog warden but the area he covers is vast, chatted to him last year and he is committed to his task.
actually laid in wait for a serial offender in aylsham who took her dog out at 6 a.m.

There will be enforcement officers soon patrolling the streets of Dover looking for people who do not pick up after their dog - and fining them. I'm all for it. People will only respond when it hits them in the pocket.

After my last posting was completely ignored, I don't know why I bother any more.
I think this will also come to nothing. as usual.
I'll post again in 3 months before I get banned. ( sorry done away with).

Ian dont give up, you have always made a valid contribution and I find your posts intresting and informative. Maybe if the community wardens had been given more "powers" this problem could have been adressed long ago, at no additional cost to the tax payer.
