  I had already seen this on FB, I am surprised the police seem so uninterested as next time it could be a child walking their pet.

  Quite some time ago you will recall pam brivio had her finger bitten by a dog
  
  I walked up Winchelsea some time ago luckily my boy who was around 3 or 4 at the time
  A dog came out of the house next door to where I put a leaflet and bit me!!!
  
  The owners lacked any understanding
