  Without being able to read what has been written around it. It looks to me as if the closing-off lines to the ends of the 'V' shape are later and more crude than the rest although more effort has gone into arching the one on the left. It looks to be an illustration of what was discussed, tunnelling from R&L into a (gun emplacement promontory?)
