    Although I do not believe in the ideas promoted by Spiritualism, I have no interest in rubbishing something that a lot of people believe in.

    However I do have Some questions: If people are given this gift, why give it to Colin Fry? Also, why doesn't he do something useful with it?

    Surely, he could solve murders or work for the banks to prevent future financial catastrophes. Instead he makes a TV program with an audience of people who already believe or WANT to contact deceased loved ones. He generally spends the most part establishing 'proof' that he is in contact, by saying things like "...and he knew he was ill didn't he my love?" and then once he has confirmed a link, he lands up concluding with an inane message such as "he just wants you to know everything is OK and not to worry about the car"

    If spiritualism has got it right perhaps Colin Fry needs a new angle.
