  I've been on both Sixth Sense with Colin Fry and Most Haunted. What can I say, both were OK but I found Colin Fry far more believable. I thought MH was staged to a certain extent and that some psychics had information before they got to the location / person. There are some very good psychics and I don't mean the ones that can do cold reading which is clever but it's a trick rather like magic. Equally there are a lot of bad ones and what I cannot tolerate is the ones that rip people off or frighten them. I wish there was more regulation in the industry. I do a lot less readings and investigations now as my other work (photography, writing, bit of acting) has taken over.
  
  I always look for a rational explanation for things first and if there isn't, then we might have something.
