The D.H.B as always invested in the port look at it from the 1950s to what it is now. As for investing in the Town the rules would not allow that. .Any projects within the town and district is the job of the D,D,C,as you have said D..H.B. have no imput to that. I have in the pass not always supported what the D.H.B. have said and done but over many years the heads of the dept etc have moved on and I now see that thy are trying to get on better with the town and both councils I do think that the residents have helped over the years in trying to get the D.H.B. and council to work with each other and that is happing today.
You are also right in saying my opinion has been some what back and forth but that is because I have seen the changes that are going a head now. You must move forward and do not keep looking backwards ,what has been in the pass should stay there. And also I agree that a lot of the time I think opposite to some of the forum members that post thats not hard to do as there are so few that post anyway.But I am not going to agree with members if I do not .That would also be very boring .But thank you for your good post and the way you worded it without
