    At that time they had to keep with the port with giving out funds. I have nothing to do with the port and who is running it They are not perfect but trying to do the right thing at this time. In some eyes they cannot do anything right and are always in the wrong well that is not true .And last Sunday shows they get it right some of the time, They were not the only ones that turned it into a great day but they played a big part in doing just that.
