  i disagree roger, at the meeting i referred to there were 7 of us that were just local people with no official position.
  
  nobody was satisfied with the meeting, we were told by one officer that they were there to listen, trouble is noone could get a word in edgeways.
  
  officers go on courses to learn how to handle such meetings, they know how to give a bland response that kills any further debate.
