  It's not true to say the PF is run by Councillors and Council officers Howard.
  
  The meetings are open to everyone in the Community (it's a Community Forum), the only Council officer is the Community regeneration and she attends to give advice, not tell us what to do.
  
  The Councillors who attend are there to help and give advice and follow up on problems highlighted that need resolving by DDC.
  
  Every Community Group should be run by members of the community.
  
  If people came along to them, they would see who turns up an who plays an active part and so wouldn't get a false impression from just one meeting.
  
  It's always useful to invite various agencies - the PCSO, Police, maybe parking services/Kent Highways and if a particular item is on the agenda, then maybe a Cabinet members or senior officer of DDC.
  
  It's not politicising a group to invite members/officers of the Town and/or District Council.
  
  Keith, I understood that CAWCA was created to run the Hall for the local people, I didn't know it was a separate community group or association; why have two ? Why don't we work together ? Aren't our goals the same - working for the benefit of the community ?
