  not apathy at all roger, the priory forum is made up mostly of councillors, council officers and the rest of the establishment.
  
  the last meeting i attended we were told that the council would act on any reports of anti social behaviour, i pointed out that i was still awaiting a reply to my detailed complaint of a year earlier. we had migrant helpline tell us how they were helping the incomers to integrate and to become british. a member of the public asked if she could tell them no to congregate on streert corners and in alleyways, her reply was "that is their culture.
  
  questions were asked of the police officer present and the replies were just pre prepared statements.
