    The Power of District Councils is geting less some is going to KKC and some is coming to Town and Parish councils .Will we see the end of District Council, could be but it will not be for some years yet.But all I would like to see is a new planning Dept which would help this town of Dover and stop all the fencing going up. there is alot more I could say ,but said it all before so I will not bor you with it again.
