    Most Cllrs work with each other,on DDC scruity is cross party and we normally find a cross party agreement,the committee consists of Tory Back benchers Labour Cllrs and a Lib.
    On the Town Council there is normally agreement on most things when I was on there but that was 5 years ago,very rarely went to a vote.Until recently I worked with Town Councillors on projects of all colours and as I have said in the past,my ex next door neighbour is on the benches opposite and I have friends on that side as well.The strength of the Labour Party at District Level is their unity,yes we have disagreements but go to Council united,that is the same usually for the Tories as well.
