    The agency didn't advertise whether the people offered for work speak English, only that they are from Poland, but that the staff of the agency speak English and Polish, and the reference is obvious: for UK employers to contact the agency-staff in English. Adding to that, I have come across vacancies in Kent as line-leader where to know Polish is preferable!
