it is bad
yesterday morning lots of bathers on sandgate beach
by the evening they had all gone but the beach was full of rubbish they had left behind

I recognise that image !!! A massive amount of rubbish down there just dumped - there is a wheelie bin at the entrance by Lord Warden House, but people are too lazy....
