I've always found both papers very different Sue - and interestingly so.
For example, last week the Express said the alcohol scheme in Dover was "failing" (and it looked like the quotes they used came from a similar story they used several weeks ago when the scheme was launched) and this week the Mercury says more shops have joined in to tackle the problem and it seems to be having an effect.
And wasn't the coverage of the proposed road works to Jubilee Way different - one explaining what was planned and how steps were being taken to minimise disruption, and the other talking of fears of gridlock and chaos. No prizes for guessing which one was which!
All very strange.
