The endless saga goes on, we saw scaffolding erected outside a some time back and a local construction company advertised itself, but is anything happening?
Been past a few times recently and doors are normally open on sites if work is going on and noise can be heard inside - not seen or heard either.

In bit of a naughty mood this morning, I wonder if they are waiting for a grant from the taxpayers.
On a more serious note if this was a 'proper' self funding business it would be up and running by now as it would have creditors to pay.

Still nothing appears to be happening, the place is locked up every time I go past yet just along from there the new taxi office looks nearly ready for opening despite not having planning permission yet.

Mu understanding is that there have been numerous issues with the conservation officers requirements, the structural engineers, need for additional detail for planners etc. that have slowed the development down
