    I think Brian that is the crux of the problem. The DHB just announced its decision without first notifying its workforce. Coupled with the fact that up to now they have refused to enter into any discussions and its little wonder that they have voted for strike action.
    Barry I don't know what world you live in, you are an ordinary working bloke, surely you must appreciate that the DHB employees are worried about their jobs and that management have left them no lines of communicaion.
