  Agreed Button, but as with all organisations I expect we can look forward to more replicants to make up the numbers who will 'fit in' with the rest of the board.
  
  The Harbour Board has been like a local oyster in the Southern Water discharge area.
  
  It's grown fat by pumping sh1t in and out and needs a bit if grit to irritate it if we are going to get anything that looks like a pearl out of it.
  
  The last thing they will hire is someone who might point out that the Emperor not only has no clothes but has been mooning at the locals and farting in their general direction ....................
