Worth remembering what we were promised:-

For what it's worth I STILL think the long term plan is to cover the site with an 'ocean village' much like they have done at Portishead (picture below) and around many marinas in the UK (Brighton, Sovereign Harbour etc).
Does anyone really think they have splashed out £200 million (?) to build a couple more berths for banana boats?
Yes, I have been shown the architects drawings in confidence at DDC.
