    It is a big missed opportunity to have done something exciting, the use of a modular approach (shipping containers) can lead to some really interesting design choices especially when finished with a high quality cladding option. There are some great examples of what is possible out there including budget end hotel chains (Studio 6 in Alberta Canada, Holiday Inn Express EventCity in Manchester, Travelodge in Uxbridge) and mid price ones (Stow-Away Hotel near Waterloo Station) that do not look like a stack of containers and offer decent sized rooms. Sadly, as ever, we have been sold short by DHB, their contractors and DDC.
