    Safeguards Howard? Built in I would say. Obviously one of the top priorities of team DPPT is to look after and nurture it's staff. The district and the country cannot afford to tolerate egocentric styles of management being applied to key statutory organisations . 'Peoples Port' is the way forward-all the questions have been answered several times(and very often on this forum!).

    The expedition of one bloke's whimsical will smacks of arm twisting and dodgy dealing.

    WAKE UP DOVER- somebody's making of with the family silver . Thankfully it's not too late to retrieve it.
