  Christine, many people are trying and trying. one problem for all of us who have problems with the way in which the port is currently (not) being run is that BG and crew are legally quite canny and whilst their behaviour has been off the edge of decency, they remain inside the law and existing guidelines, generally speaking the right boxes can be ticked even if the spirit has been smashed to bits.
  
  Sooner or later, I hope, they'll either run out of time and be removed from office as part of a community solution for the port or we will turn up something that is flagrantly outside their remit. It can onlly be hoped that as the Secretary of State is kept fully informed of this latest issue and the initial first stages of a complaint are exhausted, he will step forward to prevent further abuses.
