Busy day in the Port. P&O Cruise Liner 'Aurora' arrived around 7am from Weymouth berthing on Cruise 2.
Shortly after the 'Pacific Reefer' arrived from Peru on one of the regular reefer runs part discharging into the new Cargo Terminal before departing for Vlissingen.

Meanwhile laying off the Western Entrance was general cargo vessel 'Panda' and the regular rock barge 'Liamare' with its cargo destined for sea defence work at Jurys Gap.
Both berthed at the Cargo Terminal quay (WD5) after the reefer left. The 'Panda' had been anchored the western side of Dungeness for some days waiting to load rape seed.

Next in was the self-discharging bulker 'Yoeman Bank'

bringing a cargo of aggregate from Oban. It wasted no time in discharging onto WD4. I counted 7 hatches so plenty to pile up on the quay.

Looks like 'back to work' has arrived. Good to see activity again.

To round off P&O Cruise Liner 'Aurora' departed back to Weymouth this afternoon and the 'Arcadia' is due in tomorrow (13th) early hours. She was last here on 6th May when this photograph was taken
