im willing to accept to a degree not everything can be blamed on D.D.C.
But unlike Roger i will steer away from making political points on whos party fault it may not have been in years gone by.

Officer led D.D.C. PLANNING Dept has in the past and right up to today that it is unable to create a healthy town, and rather than look on projects in a positive way, instead often find reason's why things can't happen.

I have in past threads highlighted just a few of the issues where the planning dept stopped progress, so until this mindset is changed then it always remain part of the problem.
