Paul and Ross are both right - we must not harp on about opportunities lost, but make sure no more chances are missed.

There are many parts of our heritage that must not be lost, but invested in and protected.

Dover District Council does not have the money or the power to make the differences that people seem to be clamouring for.

There is much being discussed and worked on, that given the chance, will come to fruition, but you must not keep blaming DDC for all of Dover's ills - some of them perhaps, but that was years ago.

Much of what Dover needs now, is management of the Town as it is now; ideas and projects that will make the Town cleaner, smarter and more welcoming and taking more advantage of the cruise business, also, as I've said before, being made into a real destination - it's easily good enough.
