  We also have all the one bedroom flats ,Investment at the Castle was done by E/H the group you have just been running down. The £20 Million For the Hospital is still there. High speed train now goes to Deal or will do. White Cliffs Business Pk is not the Town of Dover.And what new Roads have we seen around Whitfield,I am on the council up there I have not seen any,or are you talking about the bypass,anyway a gain not Dover. The new Ferries They are P&Os cannot see where they fit into the town of Dover,But what I have seen is the many of plans about the Town and the Regeneration of the bigger parts of the town,and I have been seeing them over the pass 30 odd years and nothing done yet,both Red and Blue councils have let Dover down not just the one we have now,But I still put most of it all at the planning dept feet.Deal is very nice and I do not see all the one bed room flats there like Dover, Sandwich,is great just as it is.You go on about Plans for D.T.I.Z. and that is all they are plans. Samphire Hole Is very nice And I love to go there but that again is not the Town centre nor did the council put it there. Sorry mate can not go along with what you are trying to put over .I did say to myself I would not go back to taking about this we go over the same old ground year in and year out. So that is the last time I am going over it.
