So what major developments has the rest of the District had that had left Dover out? Dover has had the high speed trains arrive, White Cliffs Business Park, the new roads around Whitfield, lots of businesses around Old Park Barracks, plans for DTIZ, the Discovery Centre that had turned out well, major events like Bleriot and Olympic Torch, major investments for the Castle and Seafront, brand new world class ferries, work starting on the Paper Mill, plans for the Eurotunnel Village, Samphire Hoe nature reserve. Lots of money for a hospital that the do-gooders have put an end to.
What had Deal and Sandwich had in the past 10 years other than some roads around Pfizer????
