Can I ask you the same question I keep asking Vic but he never answers....
What recent examples can you give of the 'planning department' making decisions to the detriment of the town?
I'd have thought that planning applications would go to the council, the planning department can weed out what is legal/not legal/etc (as they are the experts that know the regulations_, then they go to the planning committee to make the final decision???
Surely it isn't working like that then the planning committee should be jumping up and down and doing something about it??
