    Paul you are right about funding we all know that the D.D.C do not have any at this time, What would I do better then what we have now,I do not know if I could,but yes I would act ,on the planning dept,and I would make it clear to the officers that the cllrs are ones that run the dept not the staff,but the cllrs would have to be experts in planning,and know what they were looking at when it came down to drawings etc.
