What a shame that the mashed-up English on the website lets it down.
For the life of me I can't understand the use of these 'buzzwords' when a normal phrase would do, and proof reading before you press the enter key would help to stop the wrong words slipping in, and might make the sentence structure more readable.
what on earth is 'place making' ?
