  Paul, you say the alternative is to do nothing much, I'm sorry but thats what we have been doing, the alternative is to do SOMETHING.
  
  Dover is becoming a stagnant pond, a completely new approach is required, local people with the desire to make things happen. Local politicians spend their time squabbling, heaven knows what regeration officers at DDC do, they're as much use as chocolate teapots.
  
  They get upset when I say that, I've given them plenty of opportunity to prove me wrong, I'll keep banging on until or unless they move things on.
