    its always of interest to try to reach agreement;

    Reg always goes for the unitary option

    just looking at Dover, then the officers and amount of them on very high wages

    chief executive
    director of governance
    director of finance
    director of environment and corperate assets
    director of regeneration/developement

    thats without all the other officers below them

    maybe unitary the way forward?

    this could reduce number of cllrs/officers a fair saving
