just looking at Dover, then the officers and amount of them on very high wages
chief executive
director of governance
director of finance
director of environment and corperate assets
director of regeneration/developement
thats without all the other officers below them
maybe unitary the way forward?
this could reduce number of cllrs/officers a fair saving
