a lot more than 3000 brian, for every 10 lost another 12 dependent on the plants will go too.
these are highly qualified and well paid people that can go abroad and take their skills with them.
when the economy recovers and there is more defence spending we will not have the people to carry out the work.

howard,you are right there.its a sad trait of todays trends.it seems that the private sector are dumping jobs as well as the public sector.as dave and george says we are all in it together.
